Refund policy
Changed Your Mind?
We like to keep things simple here at THE PACK, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
We can’t cover postage costs for products that aren’t faulty or damaged, so please return these to us on a tracked service within 30 days of receiving your order.

Something wrong with your order?
If you get your order and something is damaged, faulty or just not right, please do let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send us an email to woof@thepackpet.com and we'll sort things out for you. Please keep your order details, and take photos of the products for our reference.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by visiting your account and cancelling before your next subscription is due to be paid. You can also skip your next delivery within your account by changing your delivery schedule and selecting the time frame you want for your next delivery. Subscription Refunds
Refunds cannot be issued once payment has been processed for your subscription order and your order being sent by our fulfilment provider. If you want to return your subscription order you can do so by following the steps stated in Changed Your Mind and / or Something Wrong With Your Order?
Orders placed using the 20% off subscription code cannot be returned unless products are faulty / damaged.
