Delivery Cost

• £1.99 for orders less than £10
• £6.99 for orders orders of more than £10 but less than £50.00.
• Free Delivery for orders with a value of £50.00 or more unless deemed excessive in which case you will be contacted by us.

 

*THE PACK reserves the right to increase shipping costs aligned with cost changes from shipping providers. 

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Thursday should arrive the next day. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

We use DPD for next-day delivery.

Subscribers must make any changes to orders by 12pm the day before your subscription is processed. The delivery frequency will be based on when the order has been placed which can be seen and changed via the account section on our website.

Delivery Times

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Republic Of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Some areas are harder to reach for our couriers so your order may take longer to arrive, and we aren’t able to offer speedy delivery. Please make it as clear as possible of your location if you live in a harder to reach location and leave your mobile number for the courier to contact you in case they need further instructions. 

 

International Shipping

We are currently only selling our products in the UK but are planning on expanding into the EU soon. Sign up to our Woof Mail to be the first to hear when we are selling outside the UK.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact woof@thepackpet.com within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you.
